Existing rear extension was demolished and new one built to incorporate reading nook, first-storey sun room, staircase and a dining room leading into the garden. Complete redesign on M&E, two new bathrooms and finishes throughout.
Technically tricky conversion of roof involving relocating M&Es for the house twice whilst the family were in residence below. Various re-designs of staircase were necessary during the build phase.
Repairs and redecoration after water ingress from neighbouring property and roof affected rooms on three floors on one side of the house. Work done in sections to ensure that the family with young children and pets could live safely within the property.
The flat was damp and had a number of issues to resolve involving drainage, M&E’s and a single glazed lean to roof. Redesigned rear roof, two new bathrooms and shower room, fitted AV multi-room system, joinery, conversion of coal cellar into occasional room and all fixtures and finishes.
