We serve residential, commercial and professional clients in London, undertaking everything from new-build homes to interior design. For residential projects we provide detailed advice, costings, design and specifications to enable our clients to realise the full potential of their ideas and property. We deliver high-quality refurbishments, extensions, basement and attic conversions, heritage restoration and anything else that is required.
For commercial clients we undertake specified works on behalf of retailers, block managers and office lessees. We use our experience to help our clients remain within the terms of their leases, manage cost-effective repairs, improvements and delapidations when necessary. If you need any work done at a place of business, it will be planned and managed to avoid unnecessary disruption whilst ensuring the safety of your staff, clientele and our workers.
For professional clients we carry out everything from repairs, alterations and refurbishments to new builds – taking instruction from architects, building surveyors, block managers and loss adjusters.
For block managers, we try to take responsibility for the whole process – the survey, report, scope of work, access arrangements and works, whilst all the time keeping all interested parties informed of progress. In some cases, this can involve numerous people – block managers, site managers, tenants, landlords, loss adjusters, contracted service providers as well as other affected residents living in the same building.
We understand that if intrusive work is not undertaken responsibly and considerately, life can be unpleasant for everyone involved. We set exacting standards for our tried and trusted team, not only for their ability to carry out the task in hand, but also in the way they conduct themselves at work. None of us will ever mistake a home for a building site.
BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
Marylebone Interiors was established by Jon Ward, who started out as a heating and plumbing engineer in 1986 and went on to establish his own building company in 2001. Over the past 14 years he and his team have built up a reputation for being reliable, helpful, dedicated and hard working.
At Marylebone Interiors we understand that it takes a team effort to complete a building project successfully. Everyone from the architect and structural engineer through the quantity surveyor and site manager to the carpenters, decorators and labourers, have an important part to play. If we appreciate those around us, the end result will be better and we all get to enjoy the process.
Our team’s approach to every project is that all works must be completed to the best possible standard: be fit for purpose, aesthetically pleasing and maintainable. Works that aren’t visible are finished to the same high standards as everything that’s visible, using the right materials and methods.
We have specific induction processes and a code of conduct that all our staff and representatives adhere to. We have a low staff turnover and are able to offer a wide range of building services via our core team of engineers and tradesmen, and our extensive network of tried and tested specialist sub-contractors.
