Technically tricky conversion of roof involving relocating M&Es for the house twice whilst the family were in residence below. Various re-designs of staircase were necessary during the build phase to make the geometry comply with listed building consent, planning permission and building control. Bespoke suspended permeable decking system to work with astro turf and a pull-out sink for roof top BBQ’s. Whole top floor below had to be one-hour fire proofed with new bathroom. Downstairs reception has 160” sound permeable screen and 4G projector with surround sound and acoustic panels to prevent reverberation. All full-height shutters re-made to pattern and fitted into original reveals.
