Depending on the type and scope of the project, Marylebone Interiors can either directly design and specify the works required, or introduce the client to architects, surveyors and structural engineers. Once a design plan and specification is in place we can provide detailed costings. Alternatively, if a client already has a design and/or an architect, we will be happy to price tender packages.
We have a team of tradespeople and approved specialist contractors on hand to help with most building issues. Whether a one-off repair is required or ongoing planned maintenance, we cover most things, including: tracing and repairing leaks, painting and decoration internally and externally, boiler servicing, carpentry, locks, electrical repairs and testing, drain clearing, gutter clearing and window cleaning. We have already asked all of our specialist contractors the right questions so that you do not have to. Whoever we send will have the right experience, tools and qualifications to do the right job, the first time, efficiently and tidily. If there is more than one way of effecting a repair, we will explain the options, costs and the likely longevity of the repair so that our clients know exactly what they are paying for from the outset.
We employ specialist contractors where appropriate, oversee their work and carry out all associated minor works such as drilling, ducting, making good and decorations. We ensure the work is properly scheduled and completed without our clients having to get involved, avoiding any contractors disputes through clear communication from the outset.
