We understand the issues that building industry professionals – architects, designers, facilities managers, block managers and surveyors – face on a daily basis and welcome the fact that we, as building contractors are part of a wider team and must work efficiently together in order to achieve the best outcome for the end client. We are willing to collaborate at every part of the process from concept to final delivery as required.
Marylebone Interiors delivers projects for a variety of architectural practices. From residential to light commercial, we are proud of the results we have achieved and the relationships we have built along the way. We go out of our way to accommodate the concerns of all involved parties and ensure that their expectations are met and in the majority of cases exceeded.
If you require work to be tendered, a practical working solution to a building problem, design development, or a company to take responsibility for delivering a bespoke solution from brief to completion, we will assist in a way that ensures all interested parties remain informed and working towards a common goal.
We have an in-house Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Building Surveyor and an architecturally trained interior designer who can help with design development and final specification on fixtures, fittings and finishes.
To help arrive at a final scope, we can provide budget costs on scheme proposals for a small fee, which we will refund against the costs of any project awarded. Sometimes a scheme has to be costed, adapted and value engineered to meet a client’s budget and get the most from what they have to spend.
With our extensive knowledge and experience in refurbishments, we can help drill down the final specification by spending time with a client, providing examples, samples and advice on performance, suitability, cost and the durability of their choices.
It is our firm belief that if a client understands what they are buying and why they are buying it, they will be pleased with the final outcome.
We offer defects diagnosis and remedy and can advise on historic buildings, adaptation and addition to existing structures as well as dispute resolution. Our surveyor also offers pre and post purchase advice and party wall services.
